CARD PAYMENT
The payment by credit card used in Gravity Scooters is made through the REDSYS sites secure payment gateway.
By means of this mode of payment, Gravity scooters never collects nor manipulates any data of the client relative to its card number. The payment of your order is made directly with the bank, thus offering maximum security and the confidentiality of the data. All payment operations are carried out through a secure server, based on Standard SSL, which guarantees the total confidentiality of your bank card details. These data travel encrypted at all times and are only known by the authorizing bank, without being stored on our servers at any time.
The cards currently supported by the payment gateway are all those that bear the Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express badge in addition to those belonging to the 4B, Red 6000 and Servired networks.
BANK TRANSFER
If you select this option, once the order is finished, we will send you the bank information by email so that you can make the transfer.
We will begin processing your order as soon as receipt of payment can be verified. Please make sure that the customer name and order number is indicated in the payment transfer - this helps us process your order more quickly. Likewise, and also to speed up the order process, If possible , please e-mail the bank receipt to us once you remit the payment, along with their address to info@gravity-scooters.com. Upon receipt of notification of income will start the shipment. Remember that before we can process your order, we need to verify receipt of your payment with the bank.
SCALAPAY. Pay in 3 monthly installments.
Scalapay is an innovative payment method that allows you to buy in your favorite online stores and In store, receive your products immediately and pay them in 3 convenient equal instalments with monthly deadlines.
The service has no additional charges if instalments are paid by the due date.
What’s the deadline for the three instalments?
At the time of purchase you will be charged with the first instalment (equal to one third of total purchase value) immediately. The next 2 instalments will be charged monthly.
- First instalment: at time of purchase
- Second instalment: one month from the day of purchase
- Third and final instalment: two months from the day of purchase
How are the instalments paid?
When you create a Scalapay account you will need to add a debit or credit card onto which the 3 instalments on the respective expiring date, as explained above, will automatically be charged.
When do I receive my order?
Your order will be shipped right away or based on product and vendor’s availability.
Can I make a return?
You can return your orders according to the seller’s return policy and right of cancellation. Scalapay will receive a notification directly from the seller once they have approved your return.
Once we receive the notification from the seller, we will cancel your instalments from the last one and if necessary we will refund the instalments which were already paid directly on your card.
PAYMENT WITH PAYPAL
Paying through PayPal is fast, secure, and easy to use. If you select this option, you can pay for your order with your PayPal account or with your credit/debit card without having to enter your card details on our website.
PayPal is a secure platform that ensures the protection of your personal and banking data using an advanced encryption system. When you choose PayPal as a payment method, the process is fast, and you will receive immediate confirmation that the payment has been successfully processed.
Pay in Three Installments with PayPal
Additionally, with PayPal, you can now split your purchase into three interest-free payments, thanks to the PayPal 3 installments option. This option allows you to pay for your order in three convenient monthly installments. The first payment is made at the time of purchase, and the next two payments will be charged monthly from the purchase date.
Payment Terms
- First term: at the time of purchase
- Second term: one month after the purchase
- Third and last term: two months after the purchase
To use this option, you will only need to have a PayPal account linked to your credit or debit card.
Can I make a return?
You can return your order following the seller's return policy and the right of cancellation. In the case of a return, PayPal will cancel the future installments and, if necessary, refund any payments already made directly to your card or PayPal account.
