General Terms and Conditions of Sale of Gravity Scooters
Pricing and Payments
- The prices listed do not include VAT or shipping costs.
- Payment methods: bank transfer or credit card.
- All shipments must be prepaid. Advance payment serves as confirmation of the order. Once the payment is received, the order will be processed.
Product Warranty
- Cr-Mo frames: 5-year warranty.
- Aluminum frames: 2-year warranty.
- Components (wheels, handlebars, brakes, forks): 2-year manufacturer’s warranty (wear parts such as tires and brake pads are not covered).
Product Modifications
If you intend to electrify our scooters for resale, you must:
- Notify Gravity Scooters in advance.
- Provide all necessary details about the modifications.
- Ensure compliance with electric mobility regulations in your region.
- Electrified products must be sold under your own brand name, as Gravity Scooters does not provide a warranty for electrical components in modified products.
Sales Platform
The seller must maintain an efficient and up-to-date sales platform, ensuring it displays the latest product features and images provided by Gravity Scooters.
Confidentiality
- Sellers are strictly prohibited from disclosing industrial information or displaying prices from this catalog.
Product Integrity
- Sellers must respect the composition, presentation, and packaging of the products.
Mandatory Requirements for Selling Gravity Electric Scooters
Below are the mandatory requirements that companies must meet to sell GRAVITY SCOOTERS electric scooters. Acceptance of the terms and conditions described in this document will confirm the seller's commitment to complying with the regulations and providing the necessary sales and after-sales services for GRAVITY SCOOTERS electric scooters.
MANDATORY CONDITIONS
Only companies with a physical store will be accepted as distributors. These companies may also have an online store as a complement, but a physical presence is an indispensable requirement.
A. Compliance with CE Certification Standards
A.1 The seller must complete and submit a REGISTRATION FORM for each scooter sold to activate the warranty.
A.2 Scooters must be delivered to the customer fully assembled, ensuring they function correctly and include the display programming specified by GRAVITY SCOOTERS. This means that scooters should not be shipped directly to the customer's address.
A.3 The seller must be fully informed about the traffic regulations for electric scooters in their country or region.
A.4 Before completing a sale, the seller is responsible for informing the customer about the legal requirements and regulations applicable to the use of electric scooters in their region.
B. After-Sales Service Requirements
B.1 Customers are entitled to a free review of their scooter if an issue arises during the warranty period. The customer will not bear the cost of transporting the parts or the review, provided there is no evidence of accidents or damage caused by misuse.
B.2 The seller will be responsible for managing the warranty and performing the inspection and repair of the electrical system in case of failures. By following the detailed "Breakdown Review Guide" provided by Gravity Scooters, it will be easy to identify the defective component (battery, display, sensors, controller, or motor), simplifying the diagnostic process. This service will be fully assumed by the seller.
B.3 The cost of factory-defective components and their shipment to the seller, within the warranty period, will be borne by Gravity Scooters.
C. Breakdown Management Process
In the event of a breakdown, the seller must follow these steps:
C.1 Complete the BREAKDOWN REPORT FORM. Provide a detailed description of the problem, its possible cause, and attach the customer's purchase invoice to initiate the warranty claim.
C.2 If it is determined that the damaged component is a manufacturing defect and is covered by the warranty, Gravity Scooters will make the final decision after receiving and analyzing the component and the Breakdown Report.
C.3 If the Breakdown Report contains inconsistent or clearly incorrect information, Gravity Scooters reserves the right to cease selling electric scooters to the seller responsible for the false report.
C.4 If the Breakdown Report is incomplete or not properly filled out, Gravity Scooters may return the defective component to the seller for proper documentation. Any transportation costs incurred in this process will not be covered by Gravity Scooters.
