About TAX

Customers from the Iberian Peninsula, the Balearic Islands and from the countries of the European Union have to pay 21% VAT.

Customers from the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla are exempt from paying VAT. These territories apply their own taxes.

Customers from outside the European Union are exempt from paying VAT in Spain, they must pay the tax in their country upon receipt of the package. To know the amount of these tax, you should contact the competent body in your country.

Customers of the European Union who have an intra-community VAT Number must not pay Spanish VAT, for this they must contact Gravity Scooters so that the intra-community NIF is included in the Invoice and is therefore exempt from paying Spanish VAT.
