2. IMPORTANT INFORMATION It is necessary to read and accept the following Terms and Conditions to acquire the products offered on this site. Using our services and purchasing our products implies that you have read and accepted the Terms and Conditions of Sale in this document. All products offered on our website and that may be created, charged, shipped, or presented by a third-party website will be subject to their own Terms and Conditions. In some cases, to purchase a product, user registration may be required, with accurate personal information and a defined password. Users can change their account administration password anytime if registered and necessary for purchasing any of our products. www.gravity-scooters.com is not responsible if the user shares their password with third parties. All purchases and transactions made through this website are subject to a confirmation and verification process, which may include checking stock and product availability, payment method validation, invoice validation (if any), and compliance with conditions required by the selected payment method. In some cases, email verification may be required. Product prices offered in this Online Store are valid only for purchases made on this site.

3. SHIPPING CONDITIONS

   • Delivery times: Delivery times depend on product availability and the client's location. GRAVITY SCOOTERS SL commits to informing the client of the estimated delivery time and notifying any significant delays.
   • Shipping costs: Shipping costs will be detailed during the purchase process and will depend on the client's location. GRAVITY SCOOTERS SL offers international shipping, but the client will bear any applicable customs charges or taxes.
   • Order tracking: After dispatching the order, the client will receive a tracking number to monitor the package status.

4. RETURN AND ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

   ORDER CANCELLATION Under the General Consumer and User Protection Law (R.D.Leg. 1/2007, modified by Law 3/2014) within the European Union, the right to withdraw from the purchase contract is legally guaranteed for most products within 14 calendar days from the day the product is received. Return shipping costs will be the client's responsibility, except if the product is defective or there has been an error on GRAVITY SCOOTERS' part.

   Withdrawal from purchases outside the European Union is not possible.

5. RETURN POLICY

   • The product must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging, positioned correctly to avoid damage during return shipping. Instructions for repackaging the product correctly with all accessories are provided inside the box to ensure the product reaches us in optimal condition.
   • The product must not have been used, manipulated, show signs of accidents, scratches, dents, deformations, or be dirty.
   • All mechanisms must work perfectly: brakes, fork, steering, wheels, etc.
   • The maximum refund period from the time it is delivered to the courier company is 14 calendar days.
   • Refunds will be processed using the same payment method.

   Once the merchandise is received at our warehouses and confirmed to be in perfect condition, we will issue a refund in your name.

   If the product does not meet the requirements mentioned, we will evaluate the refundable amount.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY GRAVITY SCOOTERS SL is not responsible for damages or losses arising from the incorrect or inappropriate use of its products. The company is also not liable for indirect or incidental damages that may arise from product use, unless it is a defect covered by warranty.

7. LEGAL WARRANTY COVERAGE Gravity Scooters are guaranteed against original conformity defects for the following periods:

   • 7 years for Cr-Mb frames.
   • 3 years for Aluminum frames.
   • 3 years for mushing material manufactured by GRAVITY SCOOTERS.
   • Components such as wheels, handlebars, brakes, and forks have a 2-year manufacturer's warranty (the warranty does not cover wear components such as tires or brake pads).

   CONDITIONS

   • When exercising this warranty, the user must provide GRAVITY SCOOTERS or the distributor with a copy of the scooter purchase document (sales invoice).
   • The user must maintain the product in good working order, according to the instructions and recommendations provided in the scooter's instruction manual and the manuals published on the GRAVITY SCOOTERS website. Warranty claims directly resulting from product maintenance defects by the user may be rejected by GRAVITY SCOOTERS.
   • The warranty does not apply in cases of damage or defects resulting from negligent use of the scooter, the installation of non-original accessories, or inadequate maintenance operations by the user or any third party on their behalf.
   • This warranty does not cover the usual wear of perishable product elements. Such elements, subject to wear, include but are not limited to brake pads, brake discs, bearings, screws, spokes, threads, seals, bottom brackets, O-rings, etc.
   • GRAVITY SCOOTERS will decide whether the defective part needs repair, replacement, or refund.
   • The scooter must be registered within the first 30 days from the purchase date.
   • An invoice must be presented to access the service.
   • Replacement parts are not covered. Gravity will offer a sales quote for the necessary replacement parts in each case.
   • GRAVITY SCOOTERS will decide if the defective part needs repair, replacement, or refund.

8. MODIFICATION OF PRODUCTS AND SERVICES GRAVITY SCOOTERS SL reserves the right to modify or discontinue its products and services temporarily or permanently without prior notice. If an ongoing purchase is affected, the company commits to informing the client promptly.

9. ANTI-FRAUD VERIFICATION The client's purchase may be delayed for anti-fraud verification. It may also be suspended for longer for a more rigorous investigation to prevent fraudulent transactions.

10. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute or conflict arising from the interpretation or execution of these terms will be resolved in the courts of Barcelona, unless otherwise stipulated by law.

11. PRIVACY At GRAVITY SCOOTERS SL, we process the information you provide to offer the requested service and perform billing. The data provided will be retained as long as the commercial relationship continues or for the time necessary to fulfill legal obligations and address potential responsibilities arising from the purpose for which the data was collected. Data will not be shared with third parties except in cases where there is a legal obligation. You have the right to know if GRAVITY SCOOTERS SL is processing your personal data and may exercise your rights to access, rectify, delete, and transfer data, and object to and limit processing before GRAVITY SCOOTERS SL, ANSELM CLAVE 43, 08773 MEDIONA (BARCELONA), SPAIN, or via email at info@gravity-scooters.com, sufficiently identifying yourself in your electronic request or, if not, with a duly signed request. However, if the data controller has reasonable doubts regarding the identity of the individual making the request, additional information may be requested to confirm identity. If you feel that you have not fully exercised your rights, you may also submit a complaint to the national supervisory authority, the Spanish Data Protection Agency, at C/ Jorge Juan, 6 – 28001 Madrid. We also ask for your authorization to offer you related products and services and retain you as a customer.
