The FAT SAPO mushing scooter is ideal for those who want to practice their favorite sport without worrying about the terrain conditions: snow, dirt, mud, sand, beach...

This mountain scooter with fat wheels not only allows you to tackle snow and mud but is also excellent for use in dry land conditions. This means you can enjoy your outings with friends on any type of terrain.

The new FAT SAPO model is equipped with an excellent 70mm travel fork, two powerful 203mm hydraulic brakes, a wide 740mm handlebar, a large board, and huge 4.0" wheels. These features will allow you to fully enjoy all your adventures with two or more dogs, providing you with safety at all times. And it looks spectacular!

The frame is made of AL6061T6 aluminum built with oval and elliptical profiles to provide great strength.

If you are a professional musher or live in mountainous areas with frequent snowfall, the FAT SAPO is the perfect model for you. You won't have to worry about the terrain conditions because this scooter gives you the confidence and performance necessary to overcome any challenge.

Medium profile: This model features a medium profile, which means its ground clearance is slightly higher compared to other scooters. The increased height from the ground improves performance on uneven terrain and at high speeds. This feature is ideal for those training with more than two dogs, as the need to assist with kicking is significantly reduced.

The Board

Large, stable, and comfortable. It allows for multiple positions, adapting the stance to speed and enabling relaxation over long distances, which is ideal when using multiple dogs. Unlike narrower boards, which are suitable for those who need to kick frequently, the wide deck optimizes stability and comfort, making it the perfect choice for enjoying safe and controlled mushing.

The secret lies in the board

It is thermoformed at high pressure, with special glues for exterior use. The woods have been polished, treated with fungicides, and varnished. The board combined with the inner wood and chassis tubes provide great strength to the assembly. This sandwich system is patented by Gravity Scooters and is another of our unique features.

CreamGrip

It is the anti-slip rubber covering the deck. It provides a completely smooth, soft, and elastic surface, with nothing to irritate the feet and soles. It is waterproof and easy to clean with a damp cloth.

The Frame

Manufactured with a silicon aluminum alloy Al 6061, which undergoes thermal treatments to enhance its strength properties to the level of steel. They are manually welded with TIG to ensure a perfect joint of the parts.

The frame geometry

It features a slightly higher frame (distance from the deck to the ground) than other models to avoid stones on the descent, while still being low enough to maintain the sensation of surfing the trails, which would be lost with a greater distance.

The Protection plate

Covers the entire underside of the scooter. The smooth plate along the entire scooter allows for a lower foot height and increases safety, providing a comfortable feel without the fear of getting caught on an obstacle or damaging the scooter.

If you scratch, it's okay.

On the first mountain rides, it's normal to worry about the scraping sounds, but riders quickly get used to it, appreciate riding so low, and learn to play with the protection plate.
