Shipping and returns


You will receive your scooter within a maximum of 3 days for mainland Spain, 6 for the rest of Europe and 8 aprox for USA and Canadá.
When payment is made by credit card or Paypal shipping is immediate.
When payment is made by wire transfer, the process begins as soon as payment is verified - please send an email with proof of payment to expedite the shipping process.


If the order shows evidence of damage during shipping, we will exchange faulty products at no cost to you. It is therefore essential that you mention any damage to the goods or packaging in the remarks section of the carrier's delivery slip.

In the event that the product arrives defective or the wrong product is sent, please contact us immediately after receiving the order so we can solve the problem. If Gravity Scooters sees that the product should be replaced, the customer should return the product at our cost, so that we can replace it.

In accordance with Law 15/1999 of 13 December on Personal Data Protection, we inform you that the information you provide through this website will be treated as confidential and stored in a data file on our property for the sole purpose of providing the services offered by the portal, and to send future commercial information that may be of interest to you. We will begin processing your order as soon as receipt of payment can be verified. Card payment

The payment by credit card used in Gravity Scooters is made through the REDSYS sites of the CAIXA BANK secure payment gateway.
By means of this mode of payment, Gravity scooters never collects nor manipulates any data of the client relative to its card number. All data are processed directly by CAIXA BANK, so that Gravity Scooters can always offer the highest transparency and confidentiality in the transaction. The payment of your order is made directly with the bank, thus offering maximum security.

The cards currently supported by the payment gateway are all those that bear the Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express badge in addition to those belonging to the 4B, Red 6000 and Servired networks.



The Gravity Scooters are free from original conformity defects throughout a period of two (2) years from the date of the purchase. You can increase the warranty to 5 years by registering your scooter, this will allow us to contact you, if necessary, in relation to the model you acquired, so we can help you faster and make sure we know each and every detail of your scooter. The invoice or the retail invoice, prove the commencement date of the warranty. In the event of a conformity defect within the aforesaid term, the purchaser should return the product to the point of the sale, illustrating the defect and the reasons of the warranty claim.

 NOT COVERED: this warranty does not cover non-conformity defects, such as damage resulting from accidents, alteration, neglect, misuse, abuse, improper use, improper assembly, repairs improperly performed, replacement parts or accessories and /or normal wear or deterioration occasioned by the use.
